What should I consider when trying to select a Charter?
There is not a single answer for everyone because it depends on exactly what type of experience you are looking for. However, we generally recommend the following steps:
How can I provide a Rating and Review of a charter?
First, you must book a trip with the charter through our reservation request system. Then after your trip, you will receive an email that will grant you temporary access to provide your review.
How can I contribute a fishing report?
First, you must book a trip with a charter through our reservation request system. Then after your trip, you will receive an email that will grant you temporary access to upload your accounting of your trip with the Charter. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to share photos, videos, and talk about the great time you had.
When is my full payment due?
Full payment depends on each individual charter operator. Method of payment acceptable is also up to each Charter Company. Check the Deposit and Terms section for the charter you wish to book.
Can I talk to the Captain before booking my trip?
Absolutely. However, we recommend that you select your preferred date and trip and do a reservation request so that you don’t lose the date. You can always cancel later if you decide not to take the trip after talking to the Captain.
When will my credit card be charged for my deposit?
We cannot answer this question. Our website does not currently process the payment. We provide your information directly to the Charter Company to process your payment. Therefore, it is up to each Charter when they process your deposit.
What additional "taxes and fees" are charged?
The "taxes and fees" charged above and beyond the charter fee is determined by each Charter. Review the Deposit and Terms page for the charter or contact them directly.

Is there any training provided once I sign up for the service?
Yes, inside your Dashboard, you will find a section dedicated to training with instructions on how to do most things on the website. In addition, to help you get started, a one hour session will be schedule with us after you sign-up where we can answer your questions and ensure that you are able to access everything. We also are available at anytime via email or phone.
Can I upgrade my marketing package at anytime?
Yes you can upgrade at anytime you wish. You can manage your subscription from within your Dashboard.
What commissions do I have to pay?
None. You never pay us any commissions on any bookings.
Is there a long term contract?
There is no long term contract. However, there is an initial six month period that we require you to stay onboard in order to help us cover our costs for setting up your account and marketing your trips, but more importantly to give you enough time to fully transition your business so you can start to see the rewards. To properly experience the capabilities, it takes a little bit of time; your business will not just skyrocket overnight. In addition, six months gives the search engines and other internet systems the proper amount of time to pick up your improved services across the web. After the six months, you will be on a month-to-month subscription and free to leave at any time.
